Ballet

Balance, control and core stability are developed in the art of Ballet, along with appreciation of music and the confidence that comes from performance. Ballet teaches you to use your body properly – you learn how your muscles work, where your strength and balance come from. As well as keeping you strong, ballet increases your fitness levels. If you are working properly you will feel your muscles after the barre section of a class. Ballet will improve your posture with every class. You will walk away a little taller than when you left! We aim for you to come away with knowledge and techniques that you can apply to everyday life.
