Acro-Circus

Classes begin with a warm up and stretch, we then progress into static positions for strength eg shoulder stands, bridges, headstands and handstands before moving into travelling exercises such as cartwheels and round-offs. The travelling section of the class also includes jumps, kicks and turns. This is followed by groups and partner stunts, then we practice the skill of the week, often using props like beanbags, poi and hula hoops. We finish with a quick routine involving elements we worked on in class, and end with a cool down.
